Vomiting Bridge Trolls? (Vocal styles)

Okay, I just have to share this description from a good friend of mine Marty Hughley of the Oregonian newspaper. I have struggled for years to find the words to adequately describe the functioning and sound of a particular vocal styling of heavy/death metal. He nails it, and I quote, " ...the death metal derived vocal style that sounds like a giant bridge troll losing his lunch."

I gotta tell you that I just about snorted my tea the morning I read this one..........

Best I could ever come up with was to say it was the puking sound. LOL.
